🏐 Volleyball

What is it? Volleyball is a team sport where two teams are separated by a net, aiming to ground the ball on the opponent’s side.

Rules: Each team has 6 players, maximum 3 touches before sending the ball over the net, rally scoring system.

How to Play: Serve the ball, rally with passes, sets, and spikes, trying to score points by landing the ball inside the opponent’s court.

🏸 Badminton

What is it? Badminton is a racket sport played with a shuttlecock that must be hit over the net.

Rules: Best of 3 games of 21 points, rally scoring, serve diagonally.

How to Play: Use the racket to hit the shuttlecock so that it lands in the opponent’s court. Keep the rally going and try to outsmart your opponent.

🏹 Javelin Throw

What is it? Javelin throw is a track and field event where athletes throw a spear-like object as far as possible.

Rules: Must throw from within the runway, javelin must land tip-first, no crossing foul line.

How to Play: Run with controlled speed, throw the javelin with proper angle (around 30–36°), and maximize distance with correct technique.

💥 Kho-Kho

What is it? A traditional Indian tag sport focused on speed and strategy.

Rules: Chasers tag defenders by passing “Kho” and following directional movement.

How to Play: Sit 8 players in a line, use one active chaser to tag defenders within time.

🏃‍♂️ Long Jump

What is it? Long jump is a track and field event where athletes attempt to jump as far as possible into a sandpit.

Rules: Jump from behind the takeoff board, land in sandpit, best distance recorded from closest landing point.

How to Play: Sprint down the runway, jump explosively from the board, extend body mid-air, and land safely in the pit.

🦘 Tug of war

What is it? A team strength game where two sides pull a rope to overpower the other..

Rules: Teams pull from opposite ends; crossing the center line means defeat.

How to Play: Grip the rope, coordinate pulls, and use body weight to gain ground.

🥏 Chess

What is it? A two-player board game of strategy and tactical planning.

Rules:Each piece moves uniquely; goal is to checkmate the opponent’s king.

How to Play:Set up the board, learn piece movements, and outmaneuver your rival.

🏃 Running 200m

What is it? 200m sprint is a half-lap race combining speed and stamina.

Rules: Stay in your lane, staggered start positions, finish at the straight line.

How to Play: Run the curve with control, accelerate into the straight, maintain top speed, and finish strong.

🏃 Running 1600m

What is it? 1600m sprint is a half-lap race combining speed and stamina.

Rules: Stay in your lane, staggered start positions, finish at the straight line.

How to Play: Run the curve with control, accelerate into the straight, maintain top speed, and finish strong.
